The Account Manager will be presented with a unique opportunity to build client relationships with a variety of small to medium sized business owners in a relaxed, dynamic and friendly sales environment where the leads come to you from clients with an existing interest! JOB CONDITIONS
• Full-time position (8 hours/day);
• The position is at our Corporate Office in Salt Lake City.
• The Big Local Corporate office is open 5 days per week from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm M-F.

| Duties: | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Placing scheduled calls with interested business owners who are interested in our products and services
• Processing orders from client on all product lines sold by Big Local including the running of credit, the scheduling of any applicable fulfillment scheduling and the intake of any and all applicable client information.
• Responsible for maintaining regular and updated knowledge of product offerings concerning pricing, discount options, incentives, etc.
• Promotion of additional products to all clients
• Proactively build and maintain quality relationships with existing and future clients
• Proper recording of starting and ending times of work on a daily basis.
• Proper recording of client information and account activity for each client transaction.
JOB SCOPE:
This job involves regular and recurring work situations of low to moderate level of complexity. The individual in this position must have excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build lasting client relationships by adding value to the products they are utilizing. This position operates from general guidelines and directions and is provided with initial training upon being hired. |
| Qualifications: | SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have good customer service skills and project positive attitude with clients and coworkers.
• Prior inbound/outbound sales experience preferred.
• Ability to spend extensive time on the telephone.
• Must be able to multi-task by typing while speaking on the telephone with clients
• Must be detail oriented and be able to keep track of different products.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be sensitive to the importance of maintaining the privacy of client account information.
• Must be highly attentive to attendance and punctuality.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic internet skills.
• Basic typing skills.
