| Description: | CLEARLINK is looking for a Lead Programmer to join our Marketing team. This individual must be highly organized, confident, have the ability to drive projects forward and manage deadlines. This position works in conjunction with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager(s) to program and code all websites and emails in CSS and html. The Lead programmer will also work with the IT team to ensure proper integration of corporate functionalities and marketing campaigns. |

| Qualifications: | To qualify for this job you must possess: exceptional CSS & HTML coding abilities and basic intermediary understanding of: JavaScript, PHP, and MYSQL languages. Any Flash skills are a bonus. In essence the Lead Programmer must be able to take a fully designed Photoshop document and code it strictly into CSS and HTML while implementing PHP and JavaScript techniques into dynamic variables (specifically phone numbers).
