| Description: | Big Local is a growing company that is looking for a Help Desk Support candidate that will be able to support the company's growing technical needs. |
| Duties: | Familiarity with UCN phone systems a plus
Familiarity with CRM management a plus
• Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
• Troubleshoot computer problems.
• Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
• Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
• Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Importing Data (csv files into a database)

| Qualifications: | KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Windows XP/Vista
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Some previous Database administration experience (MySQL)
NOT REQUIRED BUT HELPFUL
• HTML
• CSS
• PHP
• Mac OS & Linux
