General Skills for all Positions:
Must be able to type 45 wpm
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
knowledgeable in internet navigation
Take In bound and make Outbound calls
Customer Service and Google Validation:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Minimum of 1 year of phone experience.
Consistent job history
Data Entry:
Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
6 months of Customer Service Experience a plus.
Collections:
Minimum of 2 year experience in collections.
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
